Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once opened or used, electronics and appliances are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
